This role will play a key part in leading planning and forecasting processes, driving financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with business acumen and a collaborative mindset.

Your new role

• Organisation and operational control of the financial and commercial activities of the company and its affiliated business units (BU).
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making at the senior management and Board of Directors level.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Equip BUs with calculation and analysis tools, along with standardised templates aligned with accounting policies to ensure consistent and accurate actuals and forecast reporting;
• Monitor and report production and operational costs, and establish a strong monthly reconciliation process.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax obligations, while effectively managing financial risks.
• Collaborating with operations teams to streamline internal processes and enhance profitability.
• Support KPIs definition and measurements to track the performance of the company and its affiliated business units (BU).
• Support ad-hoc requests by management for analysis as part of Corporate FP&A routines.
• Ability to work independently in a complex and demanding environment that requires daily innovation and problem-solving.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in both English and Russian is required.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, finance and/or accounting is a must; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, CPA) would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial fields is required, with at least 3 years of track record as FP&A professional, preferably in a multinational organisation or pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of Labour and Tax laws in Russia and the UAE.
• Preferably with work experience in a company that engages in direct-to-market sales.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
