Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting, financial reporting, and planning in Abu Dhabi. You will drive performance, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and audit standards, while managing AR/AP, treasury, and stakeholder reporting.

The role requires 10–15 years in finance within real estate development or construction, with 5+ years in a managerial capacity, and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 10–15 years of finance experience in real estate development or construction.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven financial and business acumen.
• Experience leading a large, complex financial portfolio.
• Exposure to investment, real estate, and emerging sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance department's day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (suppliers, banks, auditors) and internal senior management.
• Ensure accurate recording, timeliness, and efficiency of all transactions.
• Oversee balances, reconciliations, and fixed assets register maintenance.
• Prepare monthly management and shareholder reports; manage external audits.
