Senior Finance Manager | RAYNE – Dubai, UAE

RAYNE is a fast-growing legal consultancy supporting high-profile legal teams across the Gulf.

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own and evolve our finance function. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive reporting and compliance, and contribute to strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior team, with oversight of a senior accountant already in place. This role is ideal for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the chance to help shape finance inside a fast-

moving, people-focused business, without layers of red tape.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all core finance operations: invoicing, reconciliations, cashflow, month-end close, and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with insight and rigour.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting packs, and commercial models (Xero, GSheets).
• Track and optimise KPIs: margins, cash cycles, payment timelines, etc.
• Oversee UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and work with external advisors as needed.
• Support pricing, scenario planning, and wider business decisions.
• Maintain banking, audit, and vendor relationships, and help shape finance systems as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• 5–10+ years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
• Big Four training is a plus.
• Strong grasp of UAE compliance and financial controls.
• Hands-on with Xero and cloud-based tools.
• A builder mindset: detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and structured.
• Experience mentoring or managing.
