Job description

Hays is currently partnering with a leading holding company in the Middle East region to recruit a Senior Finance Manager.

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis. They will provide insights into key financial metrics and KPIs to support business decisions, collaborate with the Business Head, oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage a team of 2 analysts, and drive improvements in financial reporting. The role also involves aligning financial goals with business strategy and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and growth.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in FP&A, MIS reporting, or financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or multi-functional environment.
• Strong personality with effective influencing and communication skills across different business functions.
• Extensive experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
