Site Overview:

Role Overview:

• Support conversion of active opportunities into orders against targets; provide pricing analytics and cost estimation support on active bids. Drive receivables turnover improvements and support order acquisition through facilitating Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, etc.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy. Possess basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Lead low-risk projects with minimal resource requirements. Explain information clearly and develop skills within the team. Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues appropriately.
• Apply judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for complex, day-to-day problems. Prioritize data analysis and use technical expertise and analytical thinking. Use multiple internal and limited external sources to inform decisions.
• Lead Lean initiatives across regions, including capacity analysis, developing risk modeling standard work, and supporting deal factory process improvements to reduce turnaround time. Document roles and responsibilities for the Risk team, share best practices, facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, liaise with tools teams to automate analysis, and develop onboarding materials and processes for new RAs.

Required Qualifications:

• For roles outside the USA: Advanced experience in Finance & Sales-Bid Support. Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Experience in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs. Project management skills. Flexibility to support different time zones.
