Job Description

• Act as a strategic partner to senior management by providing financial insights that drive decision-making and align with business objectives.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting of financial performance.
• Drive the implementation of financial systems and processes that enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and economic factors affecting the business, providing proactive recommendations to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts fluently in English; additional languages are a plus for global interactions.
• Prior experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, retail, manufacturing) is preferred to understand sector-specific financial dynamics.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) are required.
