Summary of the job: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, focusing specifically on the Vision business in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success and growth of our organization in this strategic market. The role will support the Vision business in Middle East and Africa. Duties & Responsibilities: •Collaborate and support the Global Services team with month-end close. •Provide timely and insightful financial knowledge to support business opportunities in a consistent and compliant manner. •Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance financial results. •Liaise with the VC and SV commercial team to capture the latest forecasts and highlight opportunities and risks. •Continuously improve working methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and processes. •Act as the single point of contact for all Finance Operations and Distributor Queries across MEA. •Verify and process distributor credit notes and debit notes.
• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar discipline is preferred • Years of Experience: 5-7 years • Language: English • Location: Dubai • Relocation availability: No Technical/Functional Skills Required • Strong finance background with an exceptional understanding of sales & marketing needs required • Excellent financial analysis skills, judgement and problem solving • Advanced Excel • SAP knowledge Leadership Profile Required • Extremely proactive and be able to show high levels of initiative. • Strong business orientation and analytical skills with good interpersonal skills and a high level of self-organization and self-motivation • Excellent communication, both verbal and written and able to articulate ideas in a clear manner • Experience working in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and to quickly comprehend complex issues
