Job summary

Global Software Solutions Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finacle Product Engineer / Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years in Finacle Core Banking, scripting, and PL/SQL to drive end-to-end Finacle solutions.

The role blends banking knowledge with technical execution—configuration, customization, API integrations, testing, deployment support, and stakeholder management. Strong CASA, TD, and Loans knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in Finacle Core Banking technology projects.
Hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking.
Strong Finacle Scripting expertise.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and database concepts.
Experience with Finacle customization and configuration.
Experience with Finacle menu customization and API integration.
Experience with batch job setup, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of enterprise banking platforms and core banking transformations.
Strong ownership of deliverables and understanding of Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for Finacle Core Banking requirements.
Configure and implement Finacle modules per business needs.
Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
Design, develop, and support API integrations between Finacle and external systems.
Coordinate testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage delivery expectations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.
