Job summary

Avsar Global is seeking a highly technical, target-driven Senior Sales Engineer (Filtration) to own and expand our regional GCC presence from the Dubai office. You will drive business growth for specialized filtration and separation solutions, lead key account relationships, and deliver tailored technical proposals to major energy and utility entities.

Applicants should have 8–10 years total sales experience, 5+ years in Middle East/GCC, and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills are required.
• Must have excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong presentation skills are essential for client-facing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional sales engineers across the GCC to generate qualified leads and close high-value orders.
• Develop and manage Tier-1 UAE accounts such as DEWA and ADNOC with a strategic approach.
• Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams.
• Plan and execute technical presentations, roadshows, and trade shows across the GCC.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to final negotiation and payment collection.
