Job summary

Nabors Industries in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Field Execution & Tubular Services Technician to independently perform complex casing running, CDS operations, and rigging activities. You will lead field teams, validate job scope, and ensure safe, compliant execution of high‑risk tubular services in challenging environments.

The role requires 4–7 years of oilfield experience, strong understanding of torque turn and CDS equipment, and a proven track record of safety-focused field leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute complex casing, torque turn, CDS field activities within approved procedures and operating limits.
• Validate job scope, casing sizes and weights, tool configuration, torque requirements, rig interfaces, and equipment condition before operations begin.
• Lead routine rig-up, function testing, field operation, and rig-down activities; coordinate sequencing with crew and service personnel.
• Adapt established procedures to changing field conditions, stop or escape when needed.
• Rig up, connect, function-test, operate, and rig down CDS equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Inspect and maintain equipment for operational readiness; document defects and coordinate support as needed.
• Train and coach less-experienced technicians on procedures, equipment handling, and safety.
