Job summary

Nabors Industries Ltd is seeking a Crew Chief, a senior field technician who independently executes complex tubular services operations including casing running, conventional torque turn and CDS equipment activities. You will validate job requirements, lead safety-conscious rig-up and rig-down, and troubleshoot specialized equipment while documenting all activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of oilfield experience in casing installation and tubular services.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or data issues on site.
• Valid driver's license and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute complex casing services and CDS field activities within approved procedures.
• Lead rig-up, rig-down, function testing and field execution with coordination to rig crews.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and data-acquisition equipment on site.
• Train less-experienced technicians and reinforce safety, quality and service standards.
