We are seeking a highly experienced and immediately available Senior Field Civil Engineer to join our team for an onshore oil and gas project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on ADNOC projects and a strong background in fieldlevel civil works execution including earthworks foundations structural concrete and related infrastructure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and monitor daytoday civil construction activities on site to ensure compliance with project specifications drawings and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate with construction contractors consultants and project management teams for the timely execution of civil works.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks ensuring strict adherence to QA/QC procedures and HSE guidelines.
• Interpret and review civil design drawings plans and specifications to ensure constructability and resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure the timely availability of materials equipment and manpower as per project schedules.
• Maintain accurate site records including progress reports work permits inspection requests and as-built documentation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot civil work challenges throughout all phases of construction.
• Participate in progress review and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with ADNOC representatives to ensure all site activities comply with ADNOC procedures and regulatory requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of civil engineering experience in the oil and gas sector with strong and recent ADNOC onshore project experience.
• Indepth knowledge of ADNOC specifications HSE protocols and quality standards.
• Proven expertise in site execution inspection and coordination of civil and infrastructure works.
• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems method statements and risk assessments.
• Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
