Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant construction contracts experience.
• Proficiency in FIDIC contracts (Red/Yellow/Bd book) and related processes.
• UAE/GCC region experience preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction contract administration for a 12‑month engagement.
• Manage variations, notices and claims to protect the employer’s interests.
• Maintain rigorous contract registers and contractor correspondence to support audits and disputes.
