Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Senior Facilities Supervisor in Dubai to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate upkeep and repairs across multiple trades, and manage task allocations for the facilities team. The role requires 4-5 years of related experience and a graduate credential.

You will organize parts, provide hands-on support for major repairs, and ensure timely handling of maintenance tickets and time sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily job allocations for the centers group and prepare reports for the supervisor.
• Arrange needed parts and materials and supply to the worksite on schedule.
• Provide hands-on assistance for major repair works as needed.
• Ensure daily ticket grievances are actioned promptly and reported to management.
• Submit actual daily time sheets of reporting personnel.

Key Duties

• Coordinate and control everyday procedure of the jobsite under instruction from the line supervisor.
• Execute arranged upkeep and also repair work works of all Design Solutions like stonework, carpentry, paint, roof covering as well as infrastructure services within the assigned operational location.
• Prepare day-to-day job allocations for the centers group, prepare report for Handyman Solution/ PPM as well as development summary record as called for to line supervisor.
• Arrange needed parts/ materials and also organize to provide to worksite on schedule.
• Give hands-on assistance for any type of major correction works as needed.
• Makes sure that the produced daily ticket grievances are actioned promptly and to send to line supervisor for info/ confirmation as well as additional entry to Management.
• Submit actual daily time appropriation sheets of reporting personnel to procedures.
