What You’ll Do

• Support the Facilities Manager in tracking project progress and coordinating on-site installations.
• Assist in resolving construction and maintenance issues by communicating with contractors, supervisors, and design professionals.
• Help monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and overall kitchen operations.
• Follow up on contractor submissions with designers and consultants to ensure timely responses and approvals.
• Track procurement schedules and support the timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or project coordination—F&B or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, kitchen equipment, and facility workflows
• Great organizational and follow-up skills; you don’t let things fall through the cracks
• Comfortable collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and consultants
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and attention to detail

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
