Une institution de formation renommée cherche un Senior Facilitator pour diriger des programmes de formation à fort impact. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans la facilitation de formation et la conception de programmes éducatifs, avec un accent sur l'apprentissage des adultes et l'utilisation de technologies d'apprentissage. Qualifications

The Senior Facilitator is a seasoned learning and development professional responsible for delivering high-impact training programs that promote skill development, performance improvement, and organizational growth. This role involves leading workshops, coaching sessions, and learning interventions across various topics while mentoring junior facilitators and contributing to training design and evaluation. The Senior Facilitator plays a key role in fostering an engaging learning environment, adapting delivery methods to suit diverse audiences, and aligning training outcomes with strategic objectives.

Education and Professional Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training facilitation or adult education, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Recognized certification in training / facilitation (CIPD, ILM, Train-the-Trainer) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.

Experience :

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training facilitation and adult education.
  • Experience in developing instructional materials such as participant guides, facilitator manuals, slide decks, and e-learning content.
  • Hands-on experience with learning technologies, including LMS, virtual facilitation tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx), and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Canva).
  • Strong background in facilitating soft skills, leadership development, product, hospitality, and customer experience training programs.
  • Experience managing end-to-end training projects, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, content development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching junior facilitators or trainers is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design & Development :

  • Design end-to-end training programs and curricula tailored to various learning levels, roles, and organizations.
  • Develop instructional materials including facilitator guides, learner workbooks, multimedia content, and assessments.
  • Translate complex information into engaging, accessible learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
  • Integrate learning technologies and tools (LMS, e-learning modules, microlearning, etc.) to support hybrid and blended learning environments.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization.

Training Delivery & Facilitation :

  • Deliver high-impact, interactive training sessions in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Facilitate group discussions, team exercises, simulations, and case studies to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Monitor learner engagement, adapt techniques in real-time, and provide coaching/support as needed.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment encouraging participation and reflection.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer programs to build internal facilitator capabilities.
  • Stay updated with learning trends, tools, and technologies to improve content design and delivery.
  • Introduce innovative formats such as gamification, scenario-based learning, and peer learning.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using frameworks like Kirkpatrick’s model and implement improvements.
  • Lead debriefs, gather feedback, and recommend updates for future cycles.

Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics and align objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on learning solutions to support performance gaps.
