Job summary

A leading metal fabrication company in Dubai is looking for a Sr. Façade Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will manage tendering processes and ensure alignment with contractual requirements, utilizing their extensive UAE experience in the façade, aluminium, and glass industry. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a solid understanding of contract law and quantity surveying practices.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying from façade, aluminium, and glass industry.
• Solid understanding of contract law and FIDIC conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and certify interim payment applications and project valuations.
• Lead and manage tendering processes including quantity take-offs and bid submissions.
• Analyze and monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

Position Title: Sr. Façade Quantity Surveyor (2 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted name in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors Job Description: • Prepare, review, and certify interim payment applications, project valuations, and final accounts in accordance with contract terms. • Lead and manage tendering processes, including quantity take-offs, pricing, technical clarifications, and bid submission documentation. • Review and interpret contract documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring alignment with tender and invoicing requirements. • Analyze and monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and advise on cost-saving measures.

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or in any relevant field • At least 7 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying from façade, aluminium, and glass industry • Must have solid understanding of contract law, FIDIC conditions, and standard QS practices, and working knowledge of contract/QS software
