AtkinsRéalis in Abu Dhabi seeks an Associate Principal Façade Engineer to lead technical delivery of façade projects. You will guide teams, engage with clients, and ensure on-time, budget-conscious results across regional offices. The role requires deep expertise in curtain walls, glazing systems and building envelopes.

You will mentor staff, oversee deliverables, and coordinate with management to optimize resources and project performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering with façade experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing and façade systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of façade engineering services on projects.
• Inspire and manage Façade Consultancy teams across projects.
• Deliver multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
• Prepare façade deliverables: calculations, drawings, reports, specs.
• Provide guidance on façade systems including glazing, skylights and envelopes.
• Act as primary technical contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, risks and resource needs.
• Mentor engineers and support recruitment and training.
