Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Principal Façade Engineer to lead technical delivery of façade solutions and manage project teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and Dubai offices. You will engage directly with clients, oversee design deliverables, and mentor engineers to ensure excellence and on-time project completion.

The role requires a strong background in curtain wall and glazing systems, plus experience with multi-disciplinary projects and budgeting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in civil/structural/architectural engineering.
Extensive experience in façade engineering or building envelope design.
Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing design, façade access systems, structural glass, skylights, and windows.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of façade engineering services on both single-discipline and multidisciplinary projects.
Manage project teams and mentor engineers across regional offices.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high technical excellence.
Oversee bid preparation, proposals, and technical submissions, including assessments of team capabilities and resource requirements.
Lead and develop the Façade Engineering team and support recruitment and training initiatives.
