Job description

A leading organization in the UAE's fast-growing padel industry. We are dedicated to promoting the sport through high-quality training and exceptional facilities. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a focus on developing players at all levels.

We are seeking a Padel Coach with a minimum of 3 years of experience either in the UAE or internationally who is currently based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport, a strong background in coaching, and the ability to train local female players while occasionally working with male players.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to the needs of individual and group players.
2. Train and develop local female players with occasional training for male players.
3. Ensure continuous improvement in players' technical and strategic skills.
4. Work closely with the Head of Operations and CEO to align coaching strategies with organizational goals.
5. Maintain a professional and engaging environment for players.
6. Be flexible to relocate and coach at different locations if needed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years as a Padel Coach (international experience is acceptable).
3. Candidate must currently reside in the UAE.
4. Certified and qualified as a Padel Coach.
5. Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to adapt training methods to diverse players.
6. Certificates from organizations like the International Padel Federation (FIP) or local padel federations are acceptable.

Working Conditions

Days: 6 days per week with 1 day off (flexible).
