About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Executive Talent Acquisition to lead and manage our recruitment initiatives for key technical and leadership roles across the organization. This position requires close collaboration with business unit leaders to understand talent needs, craft effective sourcing strategies, and attract top-tier candidates.

The role covers the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and evaluating candidates to negotiating offers and managing smooth onboarding processes. A critical focus will be on building a skilled, diverse, and high-performing workforce that aligns with Avrioc Technologies growth objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role in UAE

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and attract candidates through diverse sourcing channels (e.g., social media, professional networks).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical positions.
  • Leverage the latest recruitment technologies and trends to drive hiring success.

Interviewing and Evaluation

  • Conduct initial screenings, technical interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for in-depth assessment and accurate evaluation
  • Exercise sound judgment in selecting the best-fit candidates.

Communication and Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively represent the company's culture, values, and opportunities to potential hires.
  • Contribute to a strong employer brand through positive candidate experiences.

Analytical and Results-Driven Approach

  • Use recruitment metrics and data insights to evaluate and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Implement continuous improvements in processes based on measurable outcomes and feedback.

Organizational and Administrative Skills

  • Manage recruitment operations efficiently, including scheduling, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of candidate data and hiring progress.

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates for technical roles (software development, IT, engineering, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle using various evaluation techniques.

Competencies & Certifications

  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and current industry trends.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and conduct effective technical interviews.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting recruitment data and driving improvements.
