Job Description

Core Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and grow the customer base
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and potential clients

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Engage in regular communication with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales
  • Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to spot growth opportunities
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate new leads
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager or senior management
  • Track KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are met

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Lead negotiations and work to close high-value deals in alignment with company objectives
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Provide training and support to junior sales executives and new team members
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Office based job, requires working longer hours on computer
  • Onsite role & responsibility based on the project requirement
  • External meetings will be required to meet with clients/venders as per business and project needs

Formal Education: Bachelor’s in business administration or related field

Work Experience: 2 - 3 years experience in event planning and management

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong Client Relationship Management Skills
  • Ability to Collaborate Effectively with internal teams
  • Established industry network is a plus
  • Knowledge and ability to use CRM system
  • Professional Client Management related courses
