Senior Executive (Sales)
Job description
- Provide personalized jewellery consultations to high-net-worth clients.
- Drive sales by offering expert advice on jewellery collections, trends, and custom designs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop new sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Train and mentor junior sales executives to improve overall team performance.
- Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers for customized jewellery orders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging market demands.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and exclusive events.
- Ensure proper merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation.

- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-end clientele.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
