Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive - Procurement Process and Reporting role at Dubai Holding Group Services. The successful candidate will support the organization across multiple industries by focusing on the analysis, enhancement, and optimization of business systems and processes.

As part of a diverse team, you will play a critical role in identifying system requirements, designing efficient solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of technology within the business operations.

This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and stakeholders across the organization.

In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities:

The Process and Reporting Analyst supports the Procurement Excellence team by assisting in the maintenance and improvement of procurement processes, documentation, and reporting. The role focuses on data collection, performance tracking, and supporting internal stakeholders with updates, audits, and training coordination to help drive efficiency and compliance within the procurement function. This position provides a strong foundation in procurement operations, analytics, and process excellence.

Execution Excellence & Adherence

  • Support the team in reviewing and updating procurement policies and procedures.
  • Help collect and compare best practices from other organisations for improvement ideas.

Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Collect and enter data for procurement reports and dashboards.
  • Help track key metrics such as SLA performance and compliance rates.
  • Assist with spend analysis, supplier reports, and other data-related tasks to identify savings or improvement areas.

Prepare basic summaries or visualisations to support decision-making.

Audits and Approvals

  • Help keep records of audit findings and follow up on any actions needed.
  • Assist with tracking whether teams are following procurement rules and flag issues for correction.
  • Support the team in documenting supplier or process risks (e.g. delays, supplier issues).
  • Follow up on actions being taken to reduce or fix these risks.

Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence

  • Help keep internal documents like workflows, process maps, and SOPs up to date and organised.
  • Make sure documents are easy to access and follow the right format.

Help gather feedback and prepare documents for process improvement ideas.

  • Assist with tracking progress of improvement projects and keeping records updated.

People Management

  • Support with logistics for training sessions (e.g. invites, materials, attendance).
  • Keep track of who attended and gather feedback on training effectiveness.
  • Help track tasks and priorities for the team.
  • Participate in learning activities and support a positive and collaborative team environment.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Any introductory certification in data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a procurement, finance, operations, or business process support role.
  • Internship or entry-level experience in a shared services, procurement operations, or reporting/analytics function is a plus.
  • Exposure to procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) or ticketing/workflow tools is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience assisting with data analysis, reporting, or process documentation is beneficial.

Familiarity with SOPs, flowcharts, or performance tracking tools is a plus.
