An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join The Food and Beverage Administration team in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Processes documents accurately, in accordance with Jumeirah International procedures and within designated timelines.
  
• Identify, rectify or report office equipment malfunctions promptly, and in accordance with Jumeirah International procedures.
  
• Selects appropriate format and style for correspondence according to purpose, audience and situation.
  
• Drafts documents according to document control standards and formats.
  
• Uses clear and concise language appropriate to purpose, audience and situation.
  
• Uses correct spelling, punctuation and grammar to ensure understanding by receiver.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in administration role
  
• Customer service oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
  
• Efficient, effective working practices and strong administration/organization skills.
