Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive Learning and Development at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Training Coordination & Execution

  • Support the end-to-end coordination and logistics of soft skills and mandatory compliance training programs
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to schedule training sessions

Administrative Support

  • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and employee learning histories
  • Prepare certificates and manage the learning management system (LMS) database updates
  • Provide administrative support for L&D programs including booking venues, sending invites

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual L&D reports, including training hours, participation rates, feedback scores, and learning ROI
  • Maintain and update L&D dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to suggest improvements to training effectiveness

Stakeholder Support & Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee training inquiries
  • Draft communication materials for learning initiatives (e.g., training announcements, reminders)
  • Support employee onboarding training touchpoints from an administrative and tracking perspective

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related field
  • Managing soft skills training programs and compliance learning tracks
  • Creating and maintaining L&D reports and dashboards
  • Strong training delivery, coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI is a plus)
