Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai seeks a Senior Executive HSE to support and coordinate the Health & Safety Management System across residential communities, project sites, and offices. You will conduct compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments while driving improvements.

The role requires a relevant degree and experience in facilities/community management, with a focus on audits, training, ISO compliance, and incident investigations, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or HSE Field.
• Experience in Facilities Management / community Management similar or large projects, community, and large malls in HSE role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of Health & Safety Management Systems, policies, and regulatory requirements across allocated locations.
• Conducting HSE inspections, fire safety checks, audits, and risk assessments, and ensuring timely mitigation of identified risks.
• Managing and investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses, including corrective actions, emergency response, and trend analysis.
• Monitoring contractor and service provider HSE performance, including audits, permits, documentation, and compliance with agreed standards.
• Supporting emergency preparedness, drills, and response across facilities and operational locations.
• Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive HSE compliance and continuous improvement.
• Supporting HSE training, awareness initiatives, ISO compliance, reporting, and documentation.
• Contributing to ESG, asset compliance, and sustainability-related HSE initiatives.

Job Purpose

Senior Executive, Health & Safety provides support and assistance in the monitoring, recording, reporting of HSE issues within DHCM’s residential communities, project site, offices, and other related assets. The job holder assist, support and coordinate in performing compliance audits, inspections, and reviews, and by constantly improving staff, resident, tenant, contractor, service providers & supplier awareness on HSE risks and management controls.
