Job Responsibilities
- Aid the line manager in enhancing Free Zone digital infrastructure by developing and leading internal system integration (Free zone portal, CRM, ERP) and external integrations (i.e., DET, DSS, GDRFA, CSCS) as applicable.
- Support the line manager in coordinating and managing cross-governmental projects (such as ESR, DFZC, TEC) and cascading the requirements to the team to ensure timely fulfillment and submission of governmental requirements.
- Assess and monitor the Technical Operating Infrastructure and engage with the Information Technology Team in BRD and UAT sessions to continuously enhance systems as needed.
- Assist the line manager in developing, launching, and maintaining the DWTC FZ Corporate Hub as a premier one-stop shop self-service platform for all FZ customers, offering value-added services (e.g., bank account opening assistance, tax filing, audit, accounting, compliance, PRO, etc.).
- Support the development, launch, and maintenance of a dedicated Customer Care Centre for visa, licensing, and other operational services.
- Develop initiatives to improve customer experience, focusing on customer centricity and service mindset.
- Contribute to achieving operational KPIs, such as the number of new registrations, license renewals, business operating permits, and visa applications and renewals.
- Provide ongoing support for the development and launch of business centres to accommodate the growing number of Free Zone licensed companies.
- Assist the line manager in introducing new packages to cater to a broad customer spectrum and regularly optimize pricing structures for licensing, services, and visas to maintain competitiveness.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements
Office-based role requiring prolonged computer use. May involve working after hours, during weekends, or public holidays during events.
Formal Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting a demanding management team; UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of computer/reporting systems.
- Experience in delivering awareness sessions or training on new processes within organizations.
