A semi-government company based in Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive – Free Zone Projects.

Job Description

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Assist the line manager in enhancing Free Zone digital infrastructure by developing and leading internal system integrations (Free Zone portal, CRM, ERP) and external integrations (e.g., DET, DSS, GDRFA, CSCS) as applicable.
  2. Support the line manager in coordinating and managing cross-governmental projects (such as ESR, DFZC, TEC), ensuring that requirements are communicated to the team and governmental obligations are fulfilled and submitted timely.
  3. Assess and monitor the Technical Operating Infrastructure; collaborate with the IT team during BRD and UAT sessions to continuously improve systems.
  4. Assist in developing, launching, and maintaining the company's Free Zone Corporate Hub as a comprehensive self-service platform for all FZ customers, offering value-added services (e.g., bank account opening, tax filing, auditing, accounting, compliance, PRO services).
  5. Support the development and maintenance of a dedicated Customer Care Center for visa, licensing, and operational services.
  6. Initiate improvements to enhance customer experience, focusing on customer-centricity and service excellence.
  7. Contribute to achieving operational KPIs such as new registrations, license renewals, business permits, and visa processing.
  8. Assist in the development and launch of business centers to support the expanding number of Free Zone licensed companies.
  9. Support the line manager in introducing new service packages and optimizing pricing strategies for licensing, services, and visas to remain competitive.
  10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Operating Environment

This is an office-based role requiring extended hours on the computer. Additional work after hours, on weekends, or during public holidays may be necessary during events.

Formal Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role supporting a demanding management team; experience in the UAE/GCC is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of computer reporting systems.
  • Experience in delivering training or awareness sessions on new processes to employees.
