Job description

1.Develop and maintain brand’s various social media profiles.

2.Manage social media marketing (organic and paid campaigns, content strategy, customer engagement, etc.)

3.Create campaign brief proposal to agency for all verticals of the brand.

4.Plans, executes paid / organic campaign timelines, complete execution, track performance by KPI monitoring and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) and measures experiments and conversion tests.

5.Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.

6.Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

7.Give relevant recommendations and advise adjustments based on analysis to optimize campaigns optimizes spend and performance based on the insights for maximum effectiveness.

8.Collaborate with other departments / distributors to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

9.Recommend and manage campaign budgets.

10.Present results to internal and external stakeholders.

Co-ordinate with digital agency / vendors to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

11.Prepare various reports like analyze competition and distributor marketing activities to address opportunities.

12.In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, social and web analytics, SEO, SEM, Display advertising, PPC, e-mail marketing.

13.Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

14.Stay up to date with the latest emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing. Provides thought leadership the perspective for adoption where appropriate.

15.Other campaigns : Planning and execution of other than SNS campaigns, as and when required like radio, OOH and print (Media plan checking and analysis capability)

Requirements

1.Education : Degree / diploma in Marketing Management from a reputable university. Post-Graduate in Mktg. / Digital would be preferred.

2.Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point). High level skills desired for using Excel & preparing PowerPoint presentations.

3.Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).

4.Working knowledge of ad serving tools

5.Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

6.Required skills : Digital Performance Marketing | Advertising | Media Buying I Marketing Strategy I Brand Management | Consumer Behavior

7.Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A / B and multivariate experiments.

9.Should also have excellent communication and organizational skills
