Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand’s various social media profiles.
- Manage social media marketing (organic and paid campaigns, content strategy, customer engagement, etc.).
- Create campaign brief proposal to agency for all verticals of the brand.
- Plan, execute paid/organic campaign timelines, track performance by KPI monitoring, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and conduct experiments and conversion tests.
- Identify critical conversion points, drop‑off points, and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Provide relevant recommendations and advise adjustments based on analysis to optimize campaigns, spend, and performance for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments/distributors to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Recommend and manage campaign budgets.
- Present results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with digital agency/vendors to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Prepare various reports, analyze competition, and distributor marketing activities to address opportunities.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, social and web analytics, SEO, SEM, Display advertising, PPC, and e‑mail marketing.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Stay up to date with the latest emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Other Campaigns
- Plan and execute other than SNS campaigns, such as radio, OOH, and print (media plan checking and analysis capability).
Requirements
- Education: Degree/diploma in Marketing Management from a reputable university; Post‑Graduate in Marketing/Digital preferred.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint); high level skills desired for using Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.

- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments.
