Key Responsibilities
  • Manage submissions and progress cases on government systems.
  • Handle transactions such as resale cases, title deed issuance, and customer cases.
  • Visit and liaise with government entities to follow up on cases and resolve customer requirements.
  • Accompany clients to government offices when necessary to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide support to customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Receive training to handle general customer service tasks.
  • Assist the wider team with daily service and operational activities during periods of low government-related workload.
