About TECOM Group - Dubai Holding Asset Management:

TECOM Group PJSC, a Dubai Financial Market-listed company, has been developing and operating strategic, sector-focused business districts across Dubai since 1999. The TECOM Group portfolio includes 10 business districts catering to six vital knowledge-based economic sectors: design, education, manufacturing, media, science, and technology.

The 10 business districts are: Dubai Internet City, Dubai Outsource City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Production City, Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai International Academic City, Dubai Science Park, Dubai Industrial City, and Dubai Design District (D3).

About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Business Development to join TECOM Group. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting sales by identifying and pursuing potential leads, achieving and exceeding set sales targets to contribute to the organization's profitability.
  2. Understanding client needs and providing tailored real estate solutions, offering expert advice on products, prices, and promotions to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Executing sales campaigns and representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations in alignment with sales strategy.
  4. Preparing accurate cost calculations, quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals profitably and in compliance with company standards.
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through meetings, calls, and email communications to build a solid client base.
  6. Monitoring local markets, liaising with real estate brokers, and continuously updating the client database to align with business goals.
  7. Engaging with high-value corporate clients and individuals to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities.
  8. Coordinating with internal departments (R&L, Security, Leasing, Legal, Finance) and government authorities (KHDA, DM, DHA) to facilitate partner approvals and ensure compliance.
  9. Addressing and resolving partner inquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and generating timely reports for management decision-making.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Good understanding of the local market.
  • 5-6 years of business management experience, where both business development and customer service were integral to the role.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential tools for daily operations.
