Job description

AP Executive is seeking a highly accomplished and discreet senior executive assistant to provide exceptional support to the Chairman of a prestigious institution based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and resourceful, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a demanding workload efficiently.

This role involves serving as a trusted advisor, delivering seamless administrative support, managing complex schedules, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading institution while working alongside a visionary leader.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing first-class strategic support by anticipating the needs of the Principal, managing their calendar, travel arrangements, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency.
  2. Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flow, and ensuring timely responses.
  3. Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and situations.
  4. Overseeing the operations of the Principal's office to ensure smooth functioning and a professional environment.
  5. Cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting professional correspondence and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with diverse individuals.
