JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide top level support to our senior management team. The position will be based full time at our office in Abu Dhabi.

The key objectives for this role are:
  • The purpose of the role is to provide coordination and administration support to senior executives. This role supports multiple senior roles, providing accurate and timely assistance.
  • The role holder must be able to manage multiple activities and priorities and have the experience and ability to interact at senior levels of the organisation, with confidentiality an essential part of the role.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Provides high-level administrative support which includes minute taking, managing executive's schedule, diary management, coordinating meetings, engagements and travel plans.
  • Acts as a focal point for cross-functional queries.
  • Manages coordination and booking for internal and external functional events.
  • Coordinates reports, briefing papers and presentations.
  • Maintains professionalism and strict confidentiality of all information.
  • Completes adhoc tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Influences and manages multiple diaries and coordinates critical meetings; an ability to influence stakeholders to achieve multiple outcomes is required.

Expected:
  • HND Business Administration is desirable or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years previous experience in a similar capacity, ideally in a senior level environment
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in diverse situations, with excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
