Tasks
  • Lead the planning and execution of Office 365 migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' operations.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Exchange Server environments, addressing complex technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure messaging solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing IT infrastructures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization in relation to Office 365 services.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation and training materials to enhance team knowledge and client understanding of Office 365 and Exchange Server best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migrations.
