Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of store management experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and manage staffing to ensure coverage.
• Coach and develop Beauty Consultants to meet KPIs.
• Drive sales targets and implement promotional strategies.
• Analyze store performance and propose action plans.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to adapt to local market needs.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising and loss prevention.
