Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in estimation or a related role, preferably with leadership responsibilities within construction or fit-out.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Candy.

The Senior Estimator (fit-out) is responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects, overseeing the estimation process, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Project Oversight:

• Lead and oversee the estimation process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project objectives and deadlines.

Bid Preparation:

• Prepare comprehensive bids and proposals, incorporating accurate cost estimates and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Team Management:

• Supervise and guide estimation teams, providing mentorship and ensuring the accuracy and quality of estimations.


• Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties in cost estimates, providing recommendations for mitigation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to understand project scopes and requirements.

Primary Deliverables:

• Precise and On Time submission of any type of documents/reports/data.


• Complete tasks efficiently and stay within budget as part of your job responsibilities

Secondary Deliverables:

• Provide input to other departments or parties as needed on time.
