Job summary

Turner & Townsend International Limited is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing all estimating activities for a programme of works, including order of cost estimates and discrete cost estimating tasks. Candidates should have a BSc in Civil or Quantity Surveying and 3-5 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction projects, including previous experience in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years post-graduate Estimating experience.
• Demonstrable experience of large-scale construction and/or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all estimating activities for a programme of works.
• Prepare cost estimates for feasibility and planning stages.
• Conduct change management cost estimates.

Education
