Responsibilities

• Prepare RFI upon enquiry from Sales Department.
• Send RFQ to vendors to obtain material costs.
• Conduct thorough study of tender documents.
• Estimate selling price complying with project specs.
• Prepare client offers with qualifications, terms and priced BOQ.
• Maintain project-wise enquiry/offer tracker for management review.
• Prepare project budget based on PO/estimate.
• Initiate material purchase request.
• Prepare Actual Vs Budget during project progress.
