Job summary

Esports Tower LLC seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of our esports brands and the wider NIP Group portfolio, delivering high-impact design across competitive gaming titles, social channels, campaigns, events, partnerships, fan engagement, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design craft with motion capabilities, a deep understanding of esports and digital audiences, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience within esports, gaming, sports, entertainment, digital media, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across brand design, campaign development, social content, marketing creative, and visual identity systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animated assets using After Effects or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through final delivery.
• Experience contributing to or leading the development of visual identities and brand systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while also operating independently when required.
• High attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
• Strong understanding of esports, gaming communities, and contemporary digital culture.

Responsibilities

• Support creative development and execution of visual assets across esports titles, social content, campaigns, and events.
• Design social media content, promotional graphics, and platform-specific assets to engage audiences.
• Create YouTube thumbnails, video packaging assets, end slates, and lower thirds to enhance storytelling.
• Develop motion graphics and animated content for social, broadcasts, and partnerships.
• Maintain broadcast graphics packages including overlays, transitions, and scoreboards.
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, producers, and social teams on visuals.
• Contribute to brand identity development for esports properties and campaigns.
• Partner with production teams on shoots to shape concepts and visuals.
• Assist with photoshoots of players, talent, and lifestyle imagery.
