ESM in Dubai is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to visually represent the brand across digital and print platforms, from social media graphics to event collateral. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure designs are engaging and aligned with brand identity.

You will manage multiple projects, deliver high-quality visuals on time, and contribute to concept development, layout, typography and print production processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience in agency or in‑house settings.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch; After Effects is a bonus.
• Excellent visual layout and typography skills; strong organisational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and creative execution across digital and print collateral.
• Create artwork for flyers, posters, brochures, banners, newsletters and social media.
• Develop visuals from concept to execution based on briefs.
• Prepare designs for print and digital deployment; liaise with print vendors if needed.
• Meet deadlines within budget constraints; ensure brand alignment.

We are looking for a talented and brand-focused Graphic Designer to join the team at ESM. In this role you will play a key part in visually representing ESM and its affiliated brands across both digital and print platforms. From social media graphics to printed brochures and event collateral you ll ensure that all design work is professional, engaging and aligned with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities

Design amp Creative Execution

• Create artwork for flyers posters brochures banners presentations newsletters emailers social media and website
• Develop visuals from concept to execution based on briefs
• Deliver high-quality designs while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
• Prepare designs for print and digital deployment
• Liaise with print vendors for costing production and quality checks if required

Required Skills amp Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field
• 2 5 years of graphic design experience agency or in-house
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign
• Working knowledge of Figma Sketch After Effects is a bonus
• Excellent visual layout and typography skills
• Strong time management communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of print production and attention to detail
• Photography and illustration skills are a plus
