Job summary

Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer in Abu Dhabi to support the design team with social content, campaigns, and internal communications. You will help maintain the visual identity across formats, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.

You will collaborate with the Head of Brand Design, adapt visuals for multiple channels, and contribute to templates and guidelines. A strong portfolio and solid Adobe CC skills are essential for fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house, agency, entertainment, esports, sports, or digital media.
• Strong portfolio showing social, digital, brand, and campaign work.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; motion or basic After Effects skills are a plus.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Detail-oriented with polished, accurate work.
• Experience applying brand guidelines while delivering original ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and internal use.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand Design to align with visual identity and creative direction.
• Adapt key visuals into multiple formats and sizes across platforms.
• Support social and marketing teams with fast-turnaround design requests.
• Design campaign assets, launch visuals, promotional graphics, and templated materials.
• Help develop and refine brand templates, visual systems, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with Production Lead, Social Content Manager, and others to ensure consistent output.
• Prepare files accurately for digital delivery with correct sizing and versioning.
• Work on motion-ready assets in collaboration with video/production teams.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital culture, and platform best practices.
• Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Organize design files and assets for team collaboration.
