Job summary

NMDC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced IT/ERP Systems Analyst to optimize business processes and implement scalable workflows across global units. You will collaborate with IT teams on configuration, reports, and dashboards, ensuring smooth upgrades and change management.

The role requires strong ERP experience, Oracle Fusion knowledge, and a track record in data migration, testing and user-support. On-site presence in the UAE is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 08 years' relevant experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration and ERP implementation; Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Proficient in ERP applications with adequate experience in ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work with business units to understand processes, KPIs, org structure and design scalable workflow solutions and reports.
• Collaborate with IT/ERP deployment teams for configuration changes, roles, page layouts, reports and dashboards.
• Manage and resolve IT/ERP projects, upgrades and change requests.
• Document and maintain system customizations and training materials.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, de-duplication and data maintenance.
• Support system testing plans and user acceptance testing with business partners.
• Provide monthly IT/ERP activity reports to Group IT Director/ERP Manager.

Job description

To provide NMDC Group with reliable and up-to-date technology and related ERP/IT services, specifically aimed at improving NMDC Group’s overall efficiency. Minimum 08 year's relevant experience in systems analysis, work-flow configuration and implementation experience with ERP system, Oracle Fusion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPl's, organization structure and recommend/build work-flow solutions and reports that are global and scalable
• Work with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards Help administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality
• Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requests
• Document, maintain and update system-level customizations as well as training materials
• Assists with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts
• Collaborate with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
• Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on over all IT/ERP activities
• Other duties requested by management in support of team work as & when required

Qualifications

• SCM Applications / Fusion Technical: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably Computer Science or Information Science), or equivalent.
• Finance / Project Applications: Chartered Accountant /
• CPA / CMA / Master Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Certification in ERP Application is preferable. Should be proficient in ERP applications and should have adequate experience in ERP Implementation
