Job summary

Al Jawad is seeking a Senior ERP Consultant to lead ERP engagements from diagnosis through to ninety days post go-live. You will be embedded in the client’s operation early in engagements and own the design of the target operating model and subsequent configuration decisions.

You will run on-site discovery, quantify where value is lost, and design the ERP configuration to support the operating model. Strong English and Arabic, plus hands-on ERP experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• End-to-end ownership of at least two full ERP cycles.
• Ability to read accounts and a warehouse floor with confidence.
• Clear written communication; decisions documented.
• Bilingual Arabic and English; professional proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce a quantified diagnosis identifying where time, margin, and control are lost.

You will lead ERP engagements from diagnosis through to the ninety days after go-live, with the operating metric — not the go-live date — as your measure of success.

This is a consulting role with delivery accountability. You will spend the early weeks of an engagement inside the client's operation, then own the design of the target operating model and the configuration decisions that follow from it.

What we need

• Five or more years implementing ERP, with at least two full cycles owned end to end.
• The ability to read a set of accounts and a warehouse floor with equal confidence.
• Clarity in writing — our decisions live in documents, not in meetings.
• Willingness to tell a client when a project should not proceed.
• Arabic and English, professionally.
