Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the UAE. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality while managing EPC, infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and extensive UAE/GCC project experience, preferably with ADNOC projects or major EPC contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Master's degree in PM/engineering management or business administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion and handover.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure milestones are met within approved timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Review contracts, specifications, and scope requirements.
• Monitor budgets and implement cost control measures.
• Manage variation orders, claims and contract amendments.
• Support negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct delay analyses and EOT assessments and claims management.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor financial performance.
