Job summary
Parsons in Dubai invites an experienced Senior Environmental Specialist to shape environmental strategies for major infrastructure projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, guide design and construction phases, and develop EIAs and sustainability documentation to meet certification goals.
Ideal candidates bring a strong background in environmental engineering or planning, extensive EIA delivery, and excellent English communication for global collaboration within an international
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in EIAs within international engineering/design or consultancy.
- Degree in environmental field as stated.
- Strong English written and verbal communication.
- Experience coordinating with client, consultant, contractor, design and construction teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead environmental planning and strategies for development activities.
- Manage multidisciplinary projects requiring environmental input based on EIAs.
- Guide design teams on environmental requirements early in masterplans.
- Prepare technical reports and sustainability documentation.
- Prepare RFPs and manage sub-consultants for EIAs.
- Review EIA/ESIA studies and deliverables for quality.
