Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to sustainability and environmental strategies across infrastructure and master planning projects from concept through completion
• Provide technical sustainability guidance during planning, design development, tendering, and construction supervision stages
• Develop environmental studies, sustainability reports, and certification documentation as part of project deliverables
• Support sustainability rating systems such as LEED and equivalent international standards
• Prepare RFP documentation to engage specialized sustainability and environmental sub-consultants
• Evaluate, appoint, and manage sub-consultants to ensure quality and compliance
• Review sustainability and environmental studies prepared by consultants and contractors
• Prepare and submit permit and license applications, coordinating closely with regulatory authorities
• Develop solid waste management and environmental operational plans aligned with certification requirements
• Respond to technical queries, RFIs, and coordinate stakeholder inputs
• Review project documentation and technical submissions for quality, accuracy, and regulatory alignment
