You will dive into payment data, drive initiatives to boost authorization rates, and act as a strategic advisor during business reviews. You will own API integrations and coordinate incident responses with cross-functional teams to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior, client-facing technical role.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
• Strong communication; able to explain complex topics.
• Lead clients through high-pressure technical incidents.
