Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise IT services, networks, applications, and MPLS circuits for high availability.
• Troubleshoot complex service incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Track and report SLAs/KPIs such as latency, loss, and uptime.
• Serve as customer-facing contact for incident updates and escalations.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline incident detection and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT teams, MPLS providers, and customers to ensure service delivery.
